Lunch menu

Amuse Bouche:

Smoked lamb, traditional crispy bread, horseradish mayonese

Starters:

Lightly smoked arctic char, pickled fennel, spiced rye-bread and mustard dressing

Duck salat, spinach, pomegranate, mandarin, slow cooked duck, mint and coriander dressing

Grilled mink whale, Tender steak of whale with Icelandic wasabi and soya vinaigrette

Main Courses:

Lightly salted cod, grilled apple pure, lobster salat and shellfish sauce

Breast of goose and lightly smoked pork belly, creamed mushrooms, red cabbage, chocolate and bilerry sauce

Desert:

Ris a la mande with caramel, toasted almonds and berry compot

Lobster tempura in christmas beer dough, chily mayo, toasted garlic and spicy oats

Grilled fillet of lamb, potato terrine,  sauerkraut, lambshank and shitake mushroom glaze
