Lunch menu

Amuse Bouche:

Smoked lamb, Icelandic Christmas bread, horseradish mayonnaise

Starters:

Lightly smoked arctic char, pickled fennel, spiced rye-bread and mustard dressing

Duck salad, spinach, pomegranate, mandarin, slow cooked duck, mint and coriander dressing

Grilled whale, tender steak of whale with Icelandic wasabi and soy vinaigrette

Main Courses:

Lightly salted cod, grilled apple pure, lobster salad and shellfish sauce

Breast of goose and lightly smoked pork belly, creamed mushrooms, red cabbage, chocolate and bilberry sauce

Desert:

Ris a la mande with caramel, toasted almonds and berry compote

Grilled fillet of lamb, potato terrine,  sauerkraut, lamb shank and shiitake mushroom glaze
